Apparel care instructions
Embroidery -
Wash:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle.
Use mild detergent with similar colors.Non-chlorine bleach is safest (use sparingly).
If color residue appears, rinse in lukewarm water, then cold — do not rub the embroidery.
Dry:
Do not soak or leave wet in a pile.
Avoid wringing.
Tumble dry on cool air, or lay flat to dry.
Iron:
Iron inside-out, preferably between two cloths.
Avoid steam and do not wet the embroidery before ironing.
Printed Side-
Wash:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle.
Use mild detergent with similar colors.
Avoid fabric softeners and dry cleaning.
Dry:
Tumble dry low, or hang dry for best results.
Iron:
Iron inside-out on a cool setting.
Do not iron the print.
Important:
Avoid high heat to prevent fading, cracking, or shrinking.
Tracking International Orders
What is a Final-Mile Carrier?
When your order is shipped internationally (or even domestically), it may pass through multiple carriers. The final delivery to your door is often handled by a local postal service — this is known as the final-mile carrier.
Example:
Your order might start with DHL or Asendia, but be delivered by USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK).
Why Has My Tracking Link Stopped Updating?
Tracking updates can pause when your package switches between carriers.
Check if the original tracking page lists a final carrier name or a secondary tracking number with a link.
How to Track Your Order with Final-Mile Carriers

Still No Updates?
It’s normal for international shipments to have brief gaps in tracking. Wait a few days and check again — the local carrier usually updates tracking once the package enters the country.

Standard DDP (Canada only): Delivery in 3–5 business days (up to 12 business days for Atlantic regions).
